III. PRODUCT PRICES
6. All orders for the delivery of goods made through the online store are associated with obligations to pay a price on the part of the users. The e-store has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price of the goods, which was current at the time of placing the order, as well as the current costs for delivery and payment, according to the current conditions for delivery and payment.
7. In the event of a price reduction, the reduced prices are announced in the Electronic Store, and the new price is placed next to the old one, which is crossed out or in another way provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
8. In case of technical errors, omissions or inconsistencies made by the user in the information provided by him when placing the order, the Electronic Store has the right to refuse the execution of the order without owing compensation to the user. In case of sums paid by the user for a certain order/s, which for the above reasons cannot be fulfilled, the Electronic Store undertakes to refund them. For each product, the price and main characteristics are indicated.
9. The merchant is not responsible for incompleteness and inaccuracies in the description of the products that do not relate to the main characteristics of the product.
10. The prices of the products are indicated in BGN with all taxes and fees included. The cost of postage (transportation costs related to the delivery of the product is not included in the price of the goods).
11. Users pay for the goods at prices effective at the time of placing the order published in the "Delivery" column

The merchant reserves the right to change, at any time, the information published on the site, including the information relating to products, services, prices and characteristics of the products. Users are considered informed and changes take effect from the moment they are posted. It is possible that at the time of placing an order through the online store, some of the information on the site may not be up-to-date or the products may be out of stock. In each of these cases, the User will be informed through the telephone or email contact address provided by him.
IV. ORDERS.
13. Users have the right to order all products offered on the Merchant's website. Registration on the site is mandatory.
23. To place an order through the Merchant's website, follow these steps:

23.4. To send the order, you need to press the "Basket" button. On the page you will see the current list of products available in the basket - name, quantity, unit, total price. To order the products from the list, press the "Buy" button.
23.5. A form to fill in with your delivery details will appear on the page. Please fill in your data correctly - three names, address, contact phone number, e-mail.
23.6. Please familiarize yourself with the General Terms and Conditions for shopping through the e-store www.ezzaro.com. Please click "Buy".
In case you want to confirm the order, please press "Send order".
24. When placing an order on the Site, the User enters into contractual relations with "SK PRO SERVICE" EOOD, concerning the specific order and regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. By pressing the "Send the order" button, the user agrees to purchase the goods in the "Basket". This action has a legally binding force regardless of the fact that the order was made by an operator of "SK PRO SERVICE" EOOD over the phone, by hand by the User or by providing order data by e-mail sent by the user.
You will receive information about the "Product" you ordered and the value of the order at the e-mail you specified.
25. In the event of technical errors in the published information on the Site, as a result of which the order cannot be fulfilled or in the event of the ordered products being out of stock, "SK PRO SERVICE" EOOD has the right, by notification to the User, to refuse the execution of the order and not owes any compensation to the User other than refunding the sums paid/or deposited by the User for the canceled order, if any. In this case, "SK PRO SERVICE" EOOD can supply the user with products or services of the same quality and price, but only and only after a notification sent to the user indicating the change in a clear and comprehensible way. In this case, upon exercising the right of withdrawal from the concluded contract by the consumer, the costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer.

V. METHOD OF PAYMENT.
27. The electronic store does not charge users fees for using a means of payment that exceed the costs incurred by the merchant for using the same means of payment.
28. The user can pay the price of the ordered goods in one of the following ways:
Cash on delivery (cash on delivery);
By bank transfer;
Payment by debit or credit card (the service is to be activated);
29. Payment in cash on delivery - cash on delivery. In this case, the value of the order and the delivery costs are paid by cash on delivery, in the case of delivery by a Courier company - Delivery prices are in the "Delivery conditions" section. Upon delivery of the goods, the user pays the due amount to the courier, and the user is additionally charge the courier company amounts for payment by cash on delivery, according to the courier company's tariff.
30. If the payment method "by bank" is chosen, the User pays the value of the ordered goods, according to the confirmed order in the bank account of "SK PRO SERVICE" EOOD. Please indicate in the payment order as the reason for payment the number of your order generated when it was sent. If within 5 working days after the confirmation of the order, the amount of the same is not received in the indicated bank account, the order will be automatically cancelled.
31. In the case of payment by bank transfer on the territory of Bulgaria, the ordered products are sent AFTER the amount has arrived in the bank account. The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of the order amount in our bank account.
32. In the case of bank transfers from abroad, the fee for transferring the amount due is for the account of the client.
33. When choosing direct payment to the Merchant's account with a credit or debit card, the Merchant/Electronic Store will receive information about the received payment and start the execution of the order, starting from the date of payment, after which the goods will be sent by courier, for recipient's account.
34. If necessary and/or in the event of an obligation for the Electronic Store to fully or partially reimburse the User, the Electronic Store shall do so in an additional manner agreed between the parties or to the same bank account from which the User made the payment . The period for refunding the amounts on the account is carried out according to the conditions of the card-issuing bank.
