VI. RETURN OF GOODS. RIGHT OF REFUSAL.

49. The user has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving reasons. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from:
• the date of delivery, which means the date on which the user or a third party (other than the courier) indicated by him and/or accepted the goods on his behalf, actually accepted and physically possessed the product/goods;
or
• in the case of multiple products ordered in one order and delivered separately: (a) the date on which the consumer or a third party/third party (other than the courier) named by him and/or accepted on his behalf, accepted and physically is in possession of the last product, or (b) the date on which the Supplier/Electronic Store informs the user that it cannot deliver the remainder of the products ordered;
or
• in the case of an order related to the delivery of a product consisting of multiple parts: (a) the date on which the consumer or a third party/third party (other than the courier) named by him and/or accepted the goods on his behalf is accepted and physically takes possession of the last part, or (b) the date on which the Supplier/Online Store notifies the user that it cannot deliver the remaining parts.
50. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify the Electronic Store, indicating the name and address for correspondence and, if available, a telephone number and e-mail address, as well as his decision to withdraw from the contract unequivocally application, which should be submitted to the SHOP on paper or another durable medium.
51. The User may also fill out and submit electronically the standard opt-out form constituting Appendix 6 to the Consumer Protection Act (Appendix No. 1 to these general terms and conditions) or another unambiguous opt-out application to the Provider's e-mail address, specified in Section I, item 2 above, and in case it uses this possibility, the Electronic Store will immediately send a message confirming receipt of the refusal. In order to comply with the period for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the user to send his message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract (14 days from receipt of the goods, according to 44 above).
52. In the event that the user withdraws from the contract, the Supplier/Electronic Store will refund all payments received, if and to the extent that they have been received (with the exception of additional costs related to a delivery method chosen by the user other than the most - the low-cost standard delivery method offered by the SUPPLIER), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the user informs the Supplier/Electronic Store of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
53. When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the distance contract and when the trader has not offered to collect the goods himself, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or a person authorized by him without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the user notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends or hands over the goods back to the trader before the expiry of the 14-day period. The goods must be returned in their original packaging in its entirety, complete with the accompanying documentation and undamaged.
!!! A mandatory condition for return is that the garment has no traces of make-up, stains and stains of any origin, torn, rubbed or missing detail, as well as any kind of odors, including perfume.

54. The user shall pay the costs of returning the goods at his own expense. The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods in the event of exercising the right of refusal, including but not limited to when the goods cannot be returned in the usual way by post or if he chooses to return them in another way. The costs for the return of the goods are according to the method chosen by the user for returning the goods, respectively, according to the tariffs of the courier companies, if the user has chosen a return via a courier company, or the postal costs, if a return by post or other has been chosen. The User shall be liable to the Supplier for the diminished value of the goods caused by testing them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
55. The user has no right to refuse the order, if it is made according to the measures specified by him, according to his special requirements or initiated by him, any changes from the basic model of the item specified on the website www.ezaro.com. In case of deviation of the received goods from the user's expectations, he has the right to one free correction. If the user decides to take advantage of the latter, he is obliged to pay the courier costs in both directions related to the correction.
